Kitchen or Breakroom Cleaning: Wiping down counters, tables, and appliances.

Dusting & Wiping Surfaces: All furniture, shelves, and countertops.

Changing Linens: Fresh bed sheets, pillowcases, and towels.

Vacuuming & Sweeping: Carpets, rugs, and hard floors.

Mopping: Floors in the kitchen, bathrooms, and common areas.

Cleaning Bathrooms: Toilets, sinks, showers, and mirrors.

Kitchen Cleaning: Wipe down countertops, appliances (microwave, fridge, stove), and clean the sink.

Trash Removal: Emptying all trash cans and replacing liners.

Making the Beds: Ensuring all beds are neatly made with clean linens.

Disinfecting: High-touch areas like doorknobs, light switches, and remote controls.

Checking Supplies: Ensuring essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and shampoo are stocked.

Cleaning Windows: Inside and outside (weather permitting), plus wiping down window treatments like blinds.

Vacuuming & Sweeping: Carpets, rugs, and hard floors, including edges and corners.

Mopping Floors: Deep cleaning of hard floors to remove built-up dirt and grime.

Washing Walls & Doors: Cleaning marks, stains, and fingerprints.

Cleaning Appliances: Oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and small kitchen appliances.

Deep Bathroom Cleaning: Scrubbing tiles, grout, toilets, sinks, and showers/tubs.

Organizing: Closets, cabinets, and drawers (optional).

Cleaning Light Fixtures & Lampshades: Removing dust and grime buildup.

Baseboard & Trim Cleaning: Dusting and wiping down all the baseboards and trim.

Booking a cleaning appointment is easy! Simply visit our website and fill out our online booking form, or you can call our customer service team directly at 0449 292 697. We’ll confirm your appointment and discuss any special instructions.

3. Are your cleaning products safe?
Yes, we can use eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning products that are safe for both your family and the environment. If you have any specific product preferences or allergies, let us know, and we’ll accommodate your needs.

4. Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No, you don’t need to be home during the cleaning. Our team is fully trained and trustworthy, all our staff are police checked and insured and we can clean your home or office while you’re away. However, if you prefer to be there, you are more than welcome to stay.

5. How long will my cleaning take?
The duration of your cleaning depends on the size of the space and the type of cleaning you’ve requested. For example, a standard home cleaning may take 3h hours, while a deep clean or larger space may take longer. We can provide a time estimate when you book, however we have a minimun of 3h for our services.

6. Do you offer recurring cleaning services?
Yes! We offer weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly cleaning services to fit your needs. Regular cleaning ensures your space stays consistently fresh and well-maintained.

7. What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
We understand that life happens! Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 1h cancellation fee.

8. Are your cleaners insured and background checked?
Yes, all our cleaners are fully insured and undergo thorough background checks for your peace of mind. We prioritize your security and satisfaction.

9. Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
No, you don’t need to provide any supplies. We bring our own professional-grade cleaning equipment for every job.

10. How much does a cleaning service cost?
Our prices vary depending on the size of the space and the type of cleaning service requested. For a personalized quote, please contact us with your details, and we’ll provide an accurate estimate.

11. What if I’m not satisfied with the cleaning?
We’re committed to delivering excellent service. If you’re not satisfied with the cleaning, please let us know within 24 hours, and we’ll make it right. Your satisfaction is our priority.

12. Do you clean offices or commercial spaces?
Yes, we offer commercial cleaning services for offices, retail spaces, medical offices, and more. Whether it’s daily, weekly, or one-time cleaning, we have flexible options to keep your business clean and welcoming.

Payments

1. What payment methods do you accept?

  • First Cleaning: We only accept cash for the first cleaning service. Payment is due at the time of the cleaning.
  • Subsequent Cleanings: For all future cleanings, we accept bank transfers. Payment details will be provided after your first cleaning, and we ask that payments be made promptly following each cleaning.

2. Do you charge a deposit?
We do not require a deposit for your first cleaning, but we kindly ask that you have the full amount in cash on the day of service.

3. When is payment due?

  • First Cleaning: Payment is due immediately after the cleaning is completed.
  • Subsequent Cleanings: Payment is due within 7 days following the cleaning, via bank transfer.

4. Do you charge for cancellations or no-shows?
If you cancel or reschedule your cleaning with less than 24 hours’ notice, a cancellation fee of 1h of service may apply. This will be communicated when you reschedule or cancel your appointment.
