No, you don’t need to be home during the cleaning. Our team is fully trained and trustworthy, every staff is police checked and insured and we can clean your home or office while you’re away. However, if you prefer to be there, you are more than welcome to stay.

The duration of your cleaning depends on the size of the space and the type of cleaning you’ve requested. For example, a standard home cleaning may take a 3h hours, while a deep clean or larger space may take longer. We can provide a time estimate when you book.
6. Do you offer recurring cleaning services?
Yes! We offer weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly cleaning services to fit your needs. Regular cleaning ensures your space stays consistently fresh and well-maintained.
7. What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
We understand that life happens! Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 1h cancellation fee.
8. Are your cleaners insured and background checked?

9. Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
No, you don’t need to provide any supplies. We bring our own professional-grade cleaning equipment for every job.

11. What if I’m not satisfied with the cleaning?

- First Cleaning: For the first cleaning service, we only accept cash. Payment is due at the time of service.
- All Subsequent Cleanings: For all follow-up cleanings, we accept bank transfer as the standard payment method. Payment details will be provided after your first cleaning.
2. When is payment due?
- First Cleaning: Payment is due immediately after the first cleaning is completed.
- Subsequent Cleanings: Payment is due within 7 days following each cleaning via bank transfer.
